The Harmony is approximately 3/16 inch thick, giving it enough cushioning for everyday practice without becoming excessively soft or unstable. The mat is available in 68-inch and 74-inch lengths, making the longer version a useful option for taller users.
Made from natural rubber tapped from rubber trees, the Harmony contains no PVC, EVA, or synthetic rubber. JadeYoga also manufactures its mats in the United States and plants a tree for every mat sold through its partnership with Trees for the Future.
